Do I need ATV experience? +

No prior experience required. We give a full safety briefing before you head out. ATVs are street-driving vehicles, similar to driving a car — you'll pick it up quickly.

What's the weight limit? +

ATVs hold a maximum of 2 people with a combined weight limit of 150 kg (330 lbs).

What's the age requirement? +

Drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver's license. Passengers can be younger with adult supervision.

What about insurance? +

Limited liability insurance is included. Add-ons: theft insurance (150 MXN/day, ~$9 USD), small issues coverage like broken mirrors, flat tires, or scratches (600 MXN, ~$35 USD), phone holder (150 MXN, ~$9 USD).

What's the fuel policy? +

Return the ATV with the same gas level you received it at. Or purchase prepaid gas for 300 MXN (~$18 USD) and skip the hassle.

What's the cancellation policy? +

Cancel more than 24 hours before your rental for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable (0% return).

Where do I pick up? +

All pickups at our La Veleta shop (Sur 8, La Veleta). Open 24/7 for pickup. Delivery also available — see pricing on the delivery page.

How do I extend my rental? +

Message us on WhatsApp before your return time and we'll adjust your booking if availability allows. Extensions are common and hassle-free.
