Our process is simple and stress-free: Reserve your ride through our booking system, pick your scooter, fill out paperwork indoors with air conditioning and no mosquitoes, then ride. We handle everything to make your experience smooth from start to finish.

All our scooters are 2022 models or newer. Each rental includes two helmets (required by law), gas, and under-seat storage plus a back trunk. Return the scooter with the same gas level you received it at, or purchase prepaid gas for 300 MXN (~$18 USD). We offer a variety of colors and styles, and every scooter is clean, safe, and ready to ride.

Contact us ASAP via WhatsApp or phone if you need an extension. Extensions may adjust your rate, but the rate you start with is the rate you keep. Let us know early to avoid late fees.

Our shop is at Sur 8, La Veleta, Tulum. Open 24/7 for in-store pickup. Visit us anytime — no appointment needed.

We accept Venmo, credit cards, and cash. You're responsible for any transfer or processing fees. Choose the payment method that works best for you.

Nope! No passport, no ID, no cash deposit required. Just a card on file (you only pay $0.50). It's safe, easy, and secure.

Scooters: 700 MXN/day (1 day) down to 300 MXN/day (45+ days). ATVs: 1,200 MXN/day (1 day) down to 800 MXN/day (30+ days). Cars: 1,500 MXN/day (1 day), 1,200 MXN/day (3+ days). See full pricing on each vehicle page or reserve online.

We recommend reserving first. It helps us prepare your scooter and lets you check in indoors with air conditioning, avoiding the sun and mosquitoes.

All scooters include insurance: material damage, accidental death (50,000 MXN), limited liability (400,000 MXN), medical expenses (20,000 MXN), roadside assistance, legal & bail support, and GPS tracking. Add-ons available: theft insurance (100 MXN/day for scooters, 150 MXN/day for ATVs), small issues coverage like broken mirrors, flat tires, or scratches (600 MXN), and phone holder (150 MXN). ATVs include limited liability insurance with the same add-on options.

All our scooters have GPS trackers for your peace of mind. Optional theft insurance is available. With theft insurance, you only pay the deductible. Without it, you're liable for the full value.

150cc scooters: up to 150 kg (330 lbs) for 2 riders. 125cc scooters: up to 120 kg (265 lbs) for 2 riders. All scooters fit 2 people. ATVs: maximum 2 people with a combined weight limit of 150 kg (330 lbs).

Cancel more than 24 hours before your rental for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable (0% return).

Yes! Delivery pricing per way, per vehicle: 200 MXN for Centro/La Veleta/Aldea, 300 MXN for beach area till Selina Hotel, 350 MXN past Selina or Eufemia toward Jaguar Park, 400 MXN past Lula Hotel. We do not deliver inside National Parks. In-store pickup is always free and available 24/7. See full details on the delivery page.

Yes, you need a valid driver's license from your home country. An International Driving Permit is helpful but not required. Must be 18+ to rent.

Yes, Mexican law requires helmet use. We provide two helmets with every scooter rental and helmets for all ATV riders.
