Yes, you'll need a valid driver's license from your home country. An International Driving Permit is helpful but not required for most travelers. We'll verify your license when you pick up.

Helmets are provided and strongly recommended for safety. Mexican law requires helmet use. We provide two helmets with every rental.
All scooters come with insurance included. Add-ons available: theft insurance (100 MXN/day), small issues coverage like broken mirrors, flat tires, or scratches (600 MXN), and phone holder (150 MXN). If you're in an accident, call us immediately at +52 984 156 8826. We handle everything: police reports, medical help, repairs, and insurance claims.
We recommend riding during daylight, but night riding is allowed. Roads in Tulum can be dark, so ride cautiously. Watch for pedestrians and animals, especially on jungle roads.
You must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license. We have no upper age limit. Some scooter rental companies require 21+, but we're more flexible.

150cc scooters hold up to 150 kg (330 lbs) for 2 riders. 125cc scooters hold up to 120 kg (265 lbs) for 2 riders. All scooters fit 2 people.
